Brittany and Ben
The goal when designing the flowers for Brittany and Ben’s wedding was to complement the lush natural garden of Campovida. I designed Britanny’s bouquet to echo the gardens in gathered mood using loose wild flowers mixed with dahlias and zinnias. We also wanted to play off bright and dark so that the lighter flowers would really pop against the rich burgundy tones of the scabiosa. Using agonis foliage was a fun way to apply movement and depth. The guest tables had robust arrangements echoing the gather design of Brittney’s bouquet, and the head table was a lush garland of olive, seeded eucalyptus, and silver dollar eucalyptus cascading to the ground. Pillar candles were tucked into the garland adding to the ambience of the evening. One of my favorite photos captures how romantic the head table looks from outside the barn. I also really love seeing how happy Brittney and Ben and were on their special day with their unique Jewish ceremony under the chuppah.
